Depart the UK on your scheduled flight to Calgary. Upon arrival, collect your rental car and proceed to your hotel.

Driving distance: Your journey continues through the spell-binding Rocky Mountains. En route enjoy Icefield Parkway, one of the world’s most spectacular mountainous drives. A visit to the Columbia Icefield for an Ice Explorer ride out onto the glacier is an absolute must. Jasper is a charming mountain village offering many scenic highlights. Take the tram up Whistler Mountain or perhaps take a boat out onto Maligne Lake.

Step back in time at the historic Prince of Wales Hotel, with elegant yet rustic rooms and suites reminiscent of a bygone era. Choose from a standard mountainside, lakeside or 5th and 6th floor room, or a specious Prince & Princess suite. All are comfortable and overlook the surrounding mountains or stunning Waterton Lakes. When you stay at the Prince, you might just find you have a ‘view with a room’.
Should you elect to depart today, travel from Waterton to Calgary International Airport, where you will return your rental car and check in for your flight back to the UK. If you wish to extend your adventure, you may instead choose to take the unforgettable two-day rail journey through the Rocky Mountains, ending in Vancouver, which perfectly complements the itinerary.
