We book cruises with Regent and John Pollard at North American Travel (Leeds) is excellent. He listens to what we need, makes informative suggestions and then puts everything into place. We never worry dealing with John because we know he dots every 'i' and crosses every 't'. We are looking forward to our next Regent cruise in January 2027.

John Pollard knew of my interest in sampling a cruise. John passionately recommended Regent Seven Seas and suggested we try a 13 day cruise from Rome to Southampton. We arrived home today having enjoyed the holiday of a lifetime. John arranged the complete travel itinerary for my wife and myself from door to door, including a two night stay in Rome pre cruise. John’s knowledge and experience is second to none and he goes out of his way to ensure your travel experience will be memorable. Very good , a prompt estimates, and as we needed an add on this year ,and was arranged within an hour or so.This was arranged while we were in Houghton Michigan in deep snow. Loved it.
