Secret Antelope Canyon & Horseshoe Bend Tour from Lake Powell

The shaded, open-air 4×4 tour truck takes you on a thrilling six-mile off-road adventure to the entrance of Secret Antelope Canyon, followed by a 300-metre nature walk to the stunning slot canyon. At Horseshoe Bend Overlook, you’ll avoid the congestion and take a private dirt road that leads to within 100 metres of the edge of the canyon. This exclusive access allows you to have a much shorter walk to the rim and enjoy breathtaking views of the Colorado River winding around the Horseshoe Bend loop.

Horseshoe Bend Rafting Trip from Lake Powell

On this incredible rafting adventure, you’ll experience 10 miles of the Colorado River in just half a day. The trip begins in Page, where you board a bus and transfer over to Lee’s Ferry. On arrival, your guide provides a quick orientation and shares plans for the day. Then sit back and relax as you take in the sights and stories of the Colorado River in Glen Canyon including the rich natural and human history of the region. You’ll make a beach stop, where you can take a short hike to see a petroglyph panel and even take a quick dip in the cool river. Back aboard your river raft, you’ll float through iconic Horseshoe Bend. Look for rainbow trout in the crystal-clear water, dozens of birds nesting on the banks of the river and possibly a herd of big horn sheep along the way. The day ends with a bus journey back to Page, passing the Vermillion Cliffs, Marble Canyon, Navajo Bridge, and geologic wonders along the way.

Lower Antelope Canyon Hiking Tour from Lake Powell

A short ten minute walk along Navajo sandstone brings you to the entrance to the Lower Canyon, where you start your one and a half hour experience, covering just over a mile. After descending down five flights of stairs (35 meters) you arrive at the largest cavern of the tour, and start the majestic ascent through the kaleidoscope of colours naturally provided by the unique creation of Navajo Sandstone – the result if rain, wind and erosion.. The numerous echelons throughout the canyon consist of eight uniquely built ladders (with handrails) for safety. Highlights include:

• A short 10-minute walk from the check-in booth to the entrance
• Guides are fully versed in Southwestern culture

Lake Powell Boat Tours

Navajo Canyon Boat Tour – 3 hours

Relax and prepare to cruise through the famous Navajo Canyon. You’ll set sail from Wahweap Bay, following the original path of the mighty Colorado River to the Navajo Canyon.  You’ll spend approximately three hours exploring the richness of colour found in this incredible region. Highlights include:

• Glen Canyon Dam – See the second-largest concrete arch dam in the United States.
• Navajo Sandstone – View towering Navajo Sandstone geologic formations with stunning red and burnt orange rocks.
• Navajo Canyon – The Navajo Canyon walls are 600 feet above the water. You will see “desert varnish”, also known as Navajo Tapestry, on the sandstone walls.
• 50/50 Wall – As high as the rock is above you, it is equally deep below you.

Scenic Dam Cruise – 90 minutes

This short but beautiful cruise takes you to the second-largest dam in the United States. A tour guide will accompany you for an immersive experience.
