Spend three nights experiencing the Whitehorse area; perhaps enjoying some time on the Yukon River, before taking the scenic Alaska Highway to Tagish Lake for four nights of outdoor adventure. This journey includes:

Itinerary
Depart the UK on your chosen scheduled flight to Whitehorse. Upon arrival, collect your rental car and proceed to your hotel.
Accommodation
Named the Wilderness City, Whitehorse is surrounded by rugged mountains and pristine lakes. You can hike or bike the vast network of trails, many of which follow the shores of the Yukon River. We suggest taking the short journey to visit the White Pass & Yukon railroad, which was constructed in 1898 during the Klondike Gold Rush and offers scenic day trips.

Today, you travel along the scenic Alaska Highway toward Tagish Lake. Southern Lakes Resort is a spectacular lakefront resort with beautiful, private log cabins situated on beautiful Tagish Lake. Incredible outdoor adventures await! Optional activities include hiking, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, wildlife watching and boat sightseeing trips. It is also perfectly located for day trips to picturesque Carcross.
Accommodation
After breakfast, make the return journey to Whitehorse. Spend the afternoon picking up last minute souvenirs, or try a canoe trip along the Yukon River.
