Hawaii Four Island Adventure

Depart the UK on your chosen scheduled flight to Honolulu, Oahu. Upon arrival, transfer independently to the Twin Fin Hotel, Waikiki. This evening you’ll have time to relax and acclimatise before you meet the rest of your tour group and start your Trafalgar escorted tour tomorrow evening.

This morning, enjoy free time to explore Waikiki, renowned for its iconic beaches. This premier destination offers world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment, all set against the stunning backdrop of ocean views and the historic Diamond Head crater. In the evening, embrace the Aloha Spirit as your Travel Director presents you with a flower lei to celebrate your arrival in Honolulu. Join your Travel Director and fellow tour members for a welcome dinner overlooking Waikiki Beach, marking the beginning of your epic Hawaiian tour. Dinner included.

Diamond Head, where surfers and amazing views come together to signal your arrival in paradise. Start after a photo stop at the dramatic Halona Blowhole, follow the scenic coast of Oahu before heading to the North Shore, famous amongst surfers for its huge waves. Then return to Waikiki along Oahu’s windward coast or unlock more of the island with an optional experience. Visit the Polynesian Cultural Centre to get up close to local villages and watch artisans from six Pacific cultures demonstrate dancing with fire, making clothing from plants, jewellery making and preserving history without a written language. With a full day free, unlock the heritage of the real Hawaii, experiencing first-hand the history, culture and hospitality of the warm Polynesian locals. Relax with beach time in Waikiki or look for surf legend Duke Paoa Kahanamoku Statue – the father of international surfing. Tonight, it’s colourful drinks, ocean breezes and tropical flavours all round as you join your fellow travellers for a dinner featuring local fare. Breakfast and dinner included.

There’s no better place to learn about history on your Hawaii tour than visiting where events occurred. Today, pay homage to the thousands of brave soldiers who lost their lives in the surprise military strike at Pearl Harbor visiting Pearl Harbor National Memorial and the USS Arizona Memorial. Continue through the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, located in Punchbowl Crater, and to downtown Honolulu to connect with the spiritual epicentre of Hawaii.
