Accommodation

123 Miles / 198 Kilometres

After an overnight stay, collect your Cruise Canada Motorhome from Toronto for an easy two-hour drive to the thundering Niagara Falls. Settle into a scenic spot along the beautiful upper Niagara River, just minutes from the Falls. Take in the views from multiple vantage points, or elevate the experience with a helicopter ride for the ultimate bird’s-eye perspective. Beyond its world-famous cascades, this region offers theatres, golf courses, shopping, and a vibrant wine scene. The flat terrain makes cycling a fantastic way to explore the Wine Route and charming towns such as Niagara-on-the-Lake. While here, enjoy highlights like the Journey Behind the Falls, an iconic boat cruise into the swirling waters below, a thrilling IMAX movie, or an adrenaline-pumping Whirlpool Jet Boat adventure.

246 Miles / 396 Kilometres

Today you’ll make the journey to Blue Mountain. Your next stop is set near the rugged shores of Georgian Bay, just a few minutes from Wasaga Beach, the longest freshwater beach in the world, so be sure to pack your swimwear. The crystal-clear waters of Georgian Bay are perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, and even exploring historic shipwrecks. You’re also close to the Blue Mountain pedestrian village, where you can enjoy a variety of outdoor adventures, from the Ridge Runner Mountain Coaster and Scenic Caves Nature Adventures to cycling trails and several golfing options.

109 Miles / 175 Kilometres

Hop back on the road and continue your journey through Ontario’s playground, Muskoka—famed for its sparkling lakes, dramatic landscapes and charming small towns. From here, you’ll head northeast to the renowned Algonquin Provincial Park. This is a truly beautiful, quintessentially Canadian region, surrounded by towering pine trees and pristine wilderness.

391 Miles / 629 Kilometres

Today you’ll travel east to the vibrant city of Ottawa, Canada’s federal capital. Along the way, you may want to stop for some white-water rafting near Forester’s Falls. Once you arrive, unwind after the drive and get ready to explore. You’ll want a full day to experience this beautiful city, filled with cultural and historical landmarks, galleries and museums. Take time to cruise, stroll or cycle along the Rideau Canal, a spectacular focal point of the city and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Wander through ByWard Market in downtown Ottawa and enjoy the sights, sounds and flavours of one of North America’s oldest and largest farmers’ markets.

190 Miles / 306 Kilometres

Travel south along the Rideau Heritage Route, taking time to stop in charming towns and explore historic locks on your way to the 1000 Islands. This region, set amid the granite and greenery of the Frontenac Arch Biosphere Reserve, is a true haven for boating, scuba diving, sailing, kayaking and more. Discover the exquisite beauty of the 1000 Islands on a scenic cruise, gliding past tree-clad isles, palatial waterfront homes and quaint island cottages. The historic city of Kingston is also within easy reach.

264 Miles / 425 Kilometres

The final leg of your adventure will take you along the shores of Lake Ontario heading west back to Toronto. We recommend that you return your Motorhome early the next morning and spend a night or two in one of the city’s many hotels. Your holiday will end on a high in Canada’s hip and happening metropolis of cool. This city does not disappoint – everything from world-class arts and culture, shopping, dining 24/7, entertainment and family fun. For the ultimate view of the city and beyond, take the trip to the top of the CN Tower. And take time to wander round the many multicultural neighbourhoods dotted around the city, including six Chinatowns, Portugal Village, Greek Town, Little India and Little Italy.

Drive approximately 40 miles to return your Motorhome to Cruise Canada. Then why not extend your stay in Toronto and really get to explore the city to the max? Alternatively, make your way back to Toronto airport and check in for your flight back to the UK.
