COLORADO SPRINGS
From ‘wild’ to ‘mild’, you’ll find something new and exciting to do everyday in Colorado Springs! One thing you must not miss is Pikes Peak Cog Railway which is not only the highest Colorado railroad, it’s the highest cog railroad in the world. Enjoy the 3 hour, 9 mile journey which follows cascading streams and travels through pine forests until you move above the timberline where the scenery becomes rugged but no less spectacular.

ESTES PARK
Rocky Mountain National Park surrounds the village of Estes Park with magnificent mountain scenery, abundant wildlife, miles of hiking trails and wonderful scenic drives including the Trail Ridge Road over the Continental Divide and the Peak to Peak Scenic Byway. The Estes Park region offers a wide variety of activities from the extreme of mountaineering to relaxing with a picnic alongside a rushing stream.
MESA VERDE NATIONAL PARK
Mesa Verde, Spanish for ‘green table’ offers a spectacular look into the lives of the Ancestral Pueblo people who made this area their home for over 700 years. There are spectacular archaeological sites and cliff dwellings throughout the park that are the best preserved of all throughout the United States. Take your time and spend a couple of days in the park…we can take care of your hotel reservation at the Far View Lodge.
TELLURIDE
Telluride is a combination of the old and the new. Old town Telluride is a wonderful trip back to the old west; lots of character and charm. The ‘new’ Telluride is just over the mountain at Mountain Village where you’ll find superb lodgings available in hotels or private homes, magnificent golf, an array of shopping and dining and whether it’s winter or summer, it’s a hive of activity every evening. Not far from Telluride is the famous Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad – it’s a spectacular day trip for the whole family.
