Itinerary

Depart the UK on your chosen scheduled flight to Vancouver. Upon arrival, transfer independently to the Georgian Court Hotel, Vancouver, where you spend the first night getting to know this incredible Canadian city.

Accommodation

Today, you’ll meet up with the rest of your tour group in downtown Vancouver. Once everyone is comfortably settled on the coach, you’ll depart for Whistler, traveling along the stunning Sea-to-Sky Highway. Along the way, you’ll stop to take in the scenic beauty of Shannon Falls and Brandywine Falls. Upon arriving in Whistler, you’ll enjoy a guided walking tour of this incredible European-style town. The evening is yours to explore Whistler at your own pace.

Start your day with a hearty breakfast at your hotel before departing Whistler. First, you’ll enjoy a guided tour of the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre. A cultural ambassador will welcome you with a drum song, and will share stories of the Squamish and Lil’wat First Nations as you explore the museum. Travel through the scenic landscapes of Pemberton and along Lillooet Lake, before enjoying a picnic lunch at a scenic viewpoint in Lillooet. Later, check into your hotel in Clearwater and unwind with amenities like a pool and hot tub.

After breakfast at the hotel, set out to explore the natural wonders of Wells Gray Provincial Park, including visits to the breathtaking Helmcken Falls and Spahats Falls. Continue your journey with a scenic stop at Mount Robson, the tallest peak in the Canadian Rockies. Arrive in Jasper and check in to your centrally located hotel, with the evening free to explore the charming town and enjoy dinner at your leisure.

Today, you’ll head out to explore the stunning Maligne Canyon, where scenic trails, bridges, waterfalls, and ancient fossils await. Continue to the breathtaking Maligne Lake, renowned for its vivid azure waters and panoramic views of surrounding peaks, glaciers, and the iconic Spirit Island. Enjoy free time in the afternoon to explore Jasper at your own pace or take part in optional activities, including an evening visit to the Jasper Planetarium (additional cost).

Accommodation

Journey to the Columbia Icefield for the unforgettable Ice Explorer Glacier Adventure, where you’ll ride a specially designed snowcoach onto the Athabasca Glacier. Once there, you can walk on the ancient ice, taste pure glacier water, and capture stunning photos of this breathtaking landscape. Continue along the world-famous Icefields Parkway, one of the top five scenic drives in the world, with possible stops at Bow Lake and the stunning Peyto Lake. Arrive in Banff and check into your centrally located hotel, where you’ll stay for the next two nights.

Start your day with a ride up the Banff Gondola to the summit of Sulphur Mountain, where you’ll take in breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. Then enjoy a brief coach tour of Banff, highlighting sights like Bow Falls, the Hoodoos, and the historic Banff Springs Hotel. Spend the afternoon exploring Banff Avenue’s shops and sights, or choose from optional activities like e-biking, horseback riding, a Bow River float, hiking, and more (additional cost). The evening is yours to enjoy at leisure in Banff.

Begin your day with a visit to the iconic Lake Louise and the stunning Moraine Lake. Travel through the scenic and historic Rogers Pass before arriving in Kelowna. Check in to your downtown hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure, with plenty of local dining options to explore.

After breakfast at your hotel, depart for Vancouver, exploring the Okanagan Valley along the way with a stop at a local farmer’s market. Enjoy a winery tour and tasting before arriving in Vancouver in the evening. Check in to your downtown hotel and relax with the evening at leisure, making use of the hotel’s amenities.

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel and meet your guide to continue your adventure to Vancouver Island. Enjoy a scenic ferry ride through the Salish Sea and Gulf Islands, with opportunities for sea wildlife sightings. Upon arrival, visit the famous Butchart Gardens and stop at Sea Cider for a tour and local cider tasting. Check into your hotel in Victoria, then enjoy the evening at leisure to explore the capital city.

This morning, enjoy a Victoria City tour, visiting highlights like Beacon Hill Park, Chinatown, Fan Tan Alley, Fisherman’s Wharf, and Government Street. The rest of the day is free for you to explore at your leisure. You may choose to stroll along Government Street, visit the Royal BC Museum, or opt for a traditional Afternoon Tea at the Fairmont Empress Hotel (additional cost).

Start with an early departure from your hotel and drive along the scenic Malahat Highway, offering stunning views of the Southern Gulf Islands. Stop at the Malahat SkyWalk, Vancouver Island’s newest outdoor experience, where you’ll walk a 600-meter elevated pathway through lush forests and climb a 10-story spiral tower for panoramic 360-degree views. Continue to Duncan for a brief tour of the City of Totems and free time for lunch. Arrive in Tofino in the evening, check into your hotel, and get recommendations from your guide for dinner and local amenities.

Today, explore Tofino’s stunning beaches, including Long Beach, with the option to join your guide for a hike. Visit the Ucluelet Aquarium, showcasing local marine life and environmental education. You can also take an optional walk with your guide along the Wild Pacific Trail Lighthouse area in Ucluelet, offering breathtaking coastal views. The evening is free for you to enjoy at your leisure.

Today, enjoy a full day to choose from various activities, including a boat cruise to Hot Springs Cove, kayaking, surfing, hiking through rainforest trails, or simply relaxing on the beach. The rest of the evening is free for you to explore the town of Tofino at your own pace.

After breakfast, you’ll head back towards the east coast of Vancouver Island. Stop at Little Qualicum Falls Provincial Park to walk through the ancient Douglas Fir rainforest. Continue to Coombs Market, famous for the goat on the rooftop, where you’ll have lunch and enjoy fresh produce, sandwiches, and the best ice cream on the island. Drive along Coastal Highway 19A, passing coastal communities and scenic landscapes, with a dinner stop in Comox. Arrive in Campbell River, check into your hotel, and enjoy the evening at leisure to explore the resort, watch the sunset, and relax in the peaceful surroundings.

Enjoy a morning at leisure with the option to join various activities such as kayaking, fishing, or whale watching (additional cost). You can also choose to embark on a full-day Grizzly Bear Expedition into Bute or Toba Valley (available from Aug 18 to Oct 15). Later, visit Elk Falls Provincial Park to explore its walking and hiking trails, including the Elk Falls Suspension Bridge and the elevated cantilevered viewing platform with stunning views of the falls.

Depart Campbell River in the morning and stop at Morningstar Farm in Parksville, a local food hub offering a farmgate store, a seasonal cafe, a petting farm, and scenic trails. Continue to Nanaimo for a stroll along the Harbourfront and be sure to try a famous Nanaimo Bar. In the afternoon, take the ferry from Nanaimo to Horseshoe Bay, arriving back in downtown Vancouver around 6:30pm. Here, you’ll say goodbye to your tour group and independently make your way back to the Georgian Court Hotel for the final night of this incredible adventure.

Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing in Vancouver before independently making your way to the airport for your return flight to the UK.
