Two-bedroom preferred suites feature one king or one queen-sized bed in each bedroom, plus a pull-out sofa in the living room and 200 square feet of additional living space as compared with two-bedroom standard suites. Two-bedroom premium suites are on the top floor, featuring a full gourmet kitchen, wine fridge, separate island with bar stools, dining room for six, living room, fireplaces, flat screen televisions, balcony or patio, washer and dryer, two spa-inspired bathrooms, underground heated parking, and complimentary wireless internet. There is a king-sized bed in one room, and a king, queen, or split king bed in the other room.

Three-bedroom premium suites are on the top floor, featuring a full gourmet kitchen, separate island with bar stools, dining room for six, living room, fireplaces, flat screen televisions, balcony or patio, washer and dryer, spa-inspired bathrooms, underground heated parking, and complimentary wireless internet. There is a King-sized bed in one room, and a king, queen or split king in each of the other two rooms.
