The lodge’s design features have incorporated natural cedar, local materials and art from the area, creating a distinctive and relaxing ‘west coast’ feel. A boardwalk from the main lodge leads to eight private ocean-side guest rooms which feature private bathrooms, cosy stoves and two extra-long double beds. In addition, there is a floating lodge featuring four additional private guest rooms, each with a beautiful waterfront view, a cozy stove, two queen beds, and a private bathroom.

Location
Located on Berry Island, this west-coast inspired waterfront retreat features 30 acres of private rainforest. Set within the Broughton Archipelago Marine Park and on the southern edge of the Great Bear Rainforest, it is a truly magical place, home to some of nature’s most charismatic wildlife. Expect wild orcas cutting through blue Pacific waves and grizzlies foraging in coastal estuaries. The lodge provides water taxi transportation from Alder Bay RV Park & Marina, five hours north of Victoria. Alternatively, you can fly from Vancouver to Port Hardy, where a ground shuttle will collect you.
