You have two days to explore the modern metropolis of Boston, which is rich in history, culture, attractions and shopping. Boston is America’s ‘’walking city’’ and its easy to get around and explore the different districts. Explore the waterfront, where historic ships are anchored to share stories of the Boston Tea Party, whale watching boats depart and a wealth of seafood restaurants serve gastronomic delights. Take time to visit Boston Common and Boston Public Gardens, a green gem within the city. Head to Newbury Street for upscale shopping or Copley Place Mall for highstreet brands. No visit is complete without walking the famous Freedom Trail, a historic route 2.5 miles in length, with 12 of its 16 sites located within a mile of one another.
Today you’ll take a flight from Boston to New York, and make your own way to the New York Marriott Downtown, ideally located for your three-night stay. New York is one of the world’s most exciting cities, offering an extraordinary mix of culture, cuisine and iconic sights, with more than 150 museums, 500 art galleries and thousands of restaurants to explore.
