A kayak tour on the wild and scenic Chetco River estuary in Brookings offers a variety of sightings, including pelicans, kingfishers, seals and sloughs as well as some of the cleanest water on the coast. The boat basin provides a very easy, calm water introduction, among your fellow sailers ranging from commercial fishing boats and Coast Guard vessels to pleasure craft moored up by the docks. Transportation to the meeting point is not included.
